Return policy

If you are unhappy with any item that you have purchased from us online, you may return it to us within 5 business days of receipt. We only accept returns for purchases from our online store. Products purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer and are subject to the retailer’s individual store policy. Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on any sale items,  special custom orders or international orders. Items must be returned with their original packaging in perfect condition. We cannot accept COD deliveries.

To return or exchange an item, please email us  to info@catalinadelatorre.com or call 781-2818202 to request a return authorization (RA) number. Items cannot be accepted for return without an RA number.


Please make sure to write the RA number on the outside of the package to ensure the delivery is accepted. For your protection please insure the package for the full purchase amount. Catalina De la Torre jewelry is  not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Credits are refunded upon receipt of the item via the original method of purchase. Typically, refunds are reflected on your statements within 3-5 business days. Refunded credits do not include shipping costs. You will be notified via email once the return is processed.If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective or you received the incorrect product, please refer to our Repair Policy.

Repairs policy

We will repair any item purchased through the online store. Products purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer to process the repair. We do not support products that have been purchased from a non-authorized Catalina De la Torre  retailer.

We offer repairs due to user wear, production fault, lost earring mates, or any other alteration to a piece of "Catalina De la Torre Jewelry". We stand behind the quality of our merchandise and are happy to provide repairs due to breakage or damage free of charge for one year from the date of purchase on our online store. After 30 Days, repairs may incur a charge. Elective repairs, such as ring resizing or chain lengthening, or errors by the customer typically involve a charge. They are repaired at the owner's expense plus the shipping charge.

  • For elective repairs there is a $35 service charge plus the cost of additional materials and shipping.
  • Half pairs of earrings cost half the price of a full pair of earrings plus shipping.
  • Pricing and guidelines for ring resizing are as follows:
  • Sizing Down
  • Stacking rings cannot be sized down; requires reordering a different size.
  • Other rings can be sized down for a $35 charge for silver or $40 charge for gold rings. Based on stones or designs, not all rings can be resized, so please contact us at 781-6087861 for more information.
  • Sizing Up
  • Sizing rings up less than 2 sizes is offered free of charge for all rings unless resizing process will cause damage to the stone. In that situation, resizing will incur the same charge as sizing down (see above). You will always be contacted before this work is begun if it will incur a charge.
  • It is not possible to size a ring up more than 2 sizes, unless it is a One-of-a-Kind piece. This is the same cost as sizing down (see above).
  • We do our best to accommodate repair requests, but due to the nature of our products, some components may not be available for repair of older products.

    Should an item need to be returned for repair, please contact our  studio to receive a return authorization (RA) number. Products for repair should be shipped to the address below. Please clearly mark all packages with your RA number; we are unable to accept unauthorized returns and will not accept these packages.
